Department Overview
The business education program offers training in business activities and skills for personal use, training for business employment, and guidance toward the many opportunities afforded young people in the business world. The business education program provides opportunities for students to explore careers and develop business and technological skills required in the global workplace. The business career pathways are sequentially articulated from junior high school, senior high school, ROP, through community and four-year colleges. The curriculum includes business and consumer concepts, business computation, career awareness and exploration, computer literacy, and economic concepts.
